SECTION 19 – COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS
Damaged or defective products
If your order has arrived damaged or faulty and the damage to the product(s) is not due to transport or packaging issues, please take a photo and send it to the following email address: kontakt@strofantyna.pl. Once your request has been approved, we will issue a voucher to the store or send a replacement product. Please be patient - the process may take 5 to 7 business days, and in some cases slightly longer.
If the damage to the product occurred most likely during transport or due to insufficient securing of the shipment, please take photos of the outside of the packaging, its inside (paper, bubble wrap) and the damaged products and send them to: kontakt@strofantyna.pl. After approval of the report, we will issue a voucher to the store or send a replacement product. Please be patient - the process may take from 5 to 7 working days, and in some cases slightly longer.
Product satisfaction guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and it has been less than 30 days since you received your order, you can return the unused portion of an eligible product* for a store credit worth the value of the returned product (minus shipping costs). Unfortunately, after 30 days from the date you received your order, products are no longer eligible for a refund or credit.
If the product has not been opened and all security seals are intact, you can return the product for a store voucher or a refund (less preparation and shipping costs) using the same payment method used when placing the order.
The product return must be approved by our team in advance. Please contact customer service at: kontakt@strofantyna.pl. If the return is approved, received and passes quality control, we will issue a store credit for the returned product (less the cost of preparation and shipping). When sending the return, please provide the tracking number to our customer service at kontakt@strofantyna.pl so that we can monitor the status of the return.
Currently, the cost of preparing and processing the shipment is USD 10 or the equivalent in foreign currencies - this amount will be deducted from the amount refunded or the value of the voucher issued.
Strofantyna.pl asks that the goods be returned to the address in the USA provided in the email confirming the acceptance of the return. By using our offer and IT systems, you express your conscious consent that procedural errors may prolong or prevent the implementation of complaint and return procedures.
*Gift vouchers and all custom-made products are not eligible for return at Strofantyna.pl. In the event of a manufacturing defect, please contact the manufacturer indicated on the packaging directly for information on the manufacturer's warranty and replacement policy.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
Strofantyna.pl is not responsible for products lost or damaged by the carrier during the return process. We recommend insuring the shipment so that you can file a claim with the carrier in the event of loss or damage.
SECTION 20 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms and Conditions, together with any other policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
SECTION 21 – GOVERNING LAW AND ARBITRATION
The Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Clearwater, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
